Refunds & Exchanges

We offer no refunds but we do offer a one-time exchange on the item ordered by you for a product of equal or higher value on our webstore. All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item. We will only be able to liable to accept a return if a defected product is shipped from our end, however we will first be  dispatching a replacement item, only if the product is faulty the second time around, a refund will be issued.

To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. All items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn and unwashed. In absence of the aforementioned conditions, Belucci reserves the right to deny an exchange. Exchange items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. 

Any customised and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Please note that all exchanges would attract a reverse shipping cost of Rs. 300 if our team is to arrange a pick up, however you can also ship the product to be exchanged to our office.

The exchange item would be dispatched within 7-10 business days of the original item being received at our warehouse.
