Shipping Policy

We are a made-to-order brand and we ship all garments within 10 business days of receiving the order. You will receive a tracking link on your registered phone number and email ID once your order is dispatched. Incase of requesting an expedited delivery than the committed shipping timeline, please get in touch with us on whatsapp/email and we will support you on the possibility of the same.

We offer COD services on 30% of the order value, meaning that 70% of the order value needs to be prepaid to enable us to process your order. In absence of receiving the advance, Belucci reserves the right to cancel/modify any order.

We offer colour customization on certain products and size customisations upto 6XL on all products, please get in touch with customer support on 8423609609(whatsapp only) to place your requests.

Package not Received?

If you have not received your package, you are requested to reach out to us on whatsapp/email and wait for an update that will be provided within 48 hours. Incase a prepaid order is showing delivered as per the shipping partner's records and is not actually received by you, a refund will be issued to you within 7 working days if a replacement item is not delivered to you within 96 hours of the concern being raised.
